REMUNERATION POLICY
Young Talents and Top Scholars participating in the VNU350 Project will benefit from the remuneration policies of VNU-HCM and of the recruiting insitution which he or she will work with. This section describes the remuneration policy of VNUHCM.

General policies
- Provision of professional working facilities and environments characterized by civility and fairness, with task assignments aligned with individual capabilities.
- Access to and utilization of laboratories, databases, and libraries from other institutions within the VNUHCM system for research endeavors, subject to specific conditions for each facility
- Facilitation of involvement in the scientific research community, fostering academic collaborations with both domestic and international scientists within VNUHCM, and beyond.
- Support for project applications through diverse funding sources, including reputable international and local agencies such as the National Key Science and Technology Program (KC), the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (Nafosted), as well as funding opportunities from Ho Chi Minh City and other regions, in addition to partnerships with industry stakeholders.
- Active engagement in teaching responsibilities and supervision of postgraduate students.

For Young Talents
- Trong thời gian 03 năm đầu: được cấp 01 đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học loại C (kinh phí tối đa 200.000.000 đồng). Trong thời gian này, hoàn thành xong đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học đã cấp, được ưu tiên xét cấp đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học tiếp theo dựa theo năng lực (kinh phí tối đa 1.000.000.000 đồng) hoặc hỗ trợ nhà khoa học để xin cấp đề tài cấp cao hơn.
- Fourth Year: Support is provided for investment in laboratory facilities dedicated to scientific research, with a maximum funding of 10,000,000,000 VND.
- Fifth Year: Assistance is provided in navigating the procedures and requirements for attaining the Associate Professor title in accordance with state regulations.
For Top Scholars
- Trong thời
gian 02 năm đầu: được cấp 01 đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học loại B (kinh phí tối đa
1.000.000.000 đồng). Trong thời gian này, hoàn thành xong đề tài nghiên cứu
khoa học đã cấp, được ưu tiên xét cấp đề tài nghiên cứu khoa học tiếp theo
(kinh phí tối đa 1.000.000.000 đồng) hoặc hỗ trợ nhà khoa học để xin cấp đề tài
cấp cao hơn. - Các năm tiếp
theo: (1) được hỗ trợ đầu tư phòng thí nghiệm phục vụ nghiên cứu khoa học, kinh
phí tối đa 30 tỷ đồng; (2) được hỗ trợ thành lập nhóm nghiên cứu mạnh; (3) được
hỗ trợ đăng ký chủ trì đề tài các cấp.
