EXPECTED CONTRIBUTIONS

1. Lecturing contributions
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of gifted training programs at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, focusing on Priority Fields.
- Conduct training sessions on modern teaching methodologies that integrate technology and real-world applications to enhance student learning.
- Deliver direct/online lectures and specialized courses, including workshops and seminars, to share expertise, update lastest technology orientations to the students.
- Co-supervise and directly mentor Ph.D. candidates, postgraduate students, and gifted undergraduates at VNUHCM.

- Guiding and collaborating with VNU-HCM scientists in submitting project proposals to international scientific research funds.

2. Scientific research and innovation contributions
- Propose, build, and co-chair research programs, interdisciplinary research projects addressing critical challenges in Viet Nam and the region, focusing on priority fields.
- Collaborate with faculty and researchers to publish scientific papers in leading international journals and conferences.
- Develop research projects with pratical apllications, addressing local and industry needs. Assist in international patent registration.
- Propose models and participate in the establishment of innovation centers, technology incubators, and startup programs.
- Design startup training programs and mentor students, graduate students, and faculty in launching high-impact startup initiatives.

3. Domestic and international collaboration, community engagement
- Support building partnerships with international universities, research institutions, and technology corporations to foster multi-party collaborations.
- Facilitate international agreements, academic exchanges, and faculty/student mobility programs.
- Organize international conferences; invite leading global researchers to engage.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary research addressing sustainable development challenges, particularly in the Mekong Delta region.
- Consult, build, and criticize policies on education, science-technology, and socio-economic development.
- Engage in extracurricular activities, inspiring students on research orientation and international career development.
