- Establish a research group aligned with the 2021-2030 development strategy of VNUHCM, as well as the Strategic Plan for the period 2021-2025 and Operational Plan 2024 of the Center.
- Cultivate a network of collaboration, leveraging resources from VNUHCM, domestic, and international partners.
- Apply and implement research projects from various funding sources, both domestic and international, while managing laboratories and equipment.
- Participate in professional training courses related to laboratory safety and professional development.
- Prepare reports, summaries, assessments, and other necessary documentation.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

- Increased income (scientific research bonus) when chairing and participating in the implementation of scientific research projects at all levels of the Institute: 8,000,000 VND/month. Depending on research capacity, the Institute's Board of Directors will consider a salary appropriate to the candidate's professional capacity.
