APPLICATION, APPOINTMENT PROCESS

1. Application requirements
Interested individuals must submit the following documents:
a) Letter of interest.
b) Academic CV.
c) Verified copies of degrees and relevant achievements.

d) Letters of recommendation.

e) Confirmation of consent from the home unit.

2. Application Submission Methods

Candidates prepare documents and send them to VNU-HCM before 30/4/2025 via one of two methods:

a) Direct submission via the website: vnu350.vnuhcm.edu.vn

b) Submission via email to: vnu350@vnuhcm.edu.vn

c) If the field of interest is not listed in the adjunct professor invitation needs of the units, individuals may submit their application directly to VNUHCM.

3. Appointment process
a) Applications are reviewed based on academic and professional qualifications.
b) Shortlisted candidates undergo an interview (online or in-person) with the selection committee.
c) The Chancellor of VNUHCM issues official appointments, with the appointment term ranges from a minimum of one year to a maximum of five years and can be renewed..
VNU-HCM will announce the results within 30 working days from the last day of receiving applications.
